Leaving Canada after get ITA

The thing is a little complex. I just got ITA today. I'm working in Canada and will leave next week for my home country and don't come back to Canada until I get the PR. I have a work permit valid until July, 2017 (next year), but I don't want to work in this position and I can't get an ideal job unless I have PR, so I need to go back and earn more money in my country.

My question is:
Can I submit my AOR as CEC outland after I return to my country next week? Is there any negative effect on my application?

The only requirement on CEC applicant is, that your work experience in Canada should not be older than 3 years. Which is.
You can be evaluated as CEC applicant even if you will be currently sitting outside Canada. Plus at the moment of your ITA your status from point view will be frozen (so unless you claimed points you did not get all is OK).
