Thanks for your response! This actually was not misinformation. As my employer (Public University) and I we both have to inform PNP but none of us infact forwarded my information. Also, with my employer I worked till August and they sent me salaries too for August month and the offer letter was till July. So, there were so many confusing things from my employer and myside. Therefore, in that confusion I was also not sure if I have to inform. The other reason because I had open work permit in my hand so did not informed.

Is there any way to resolve this matter? I mean if I volunterally tell them that at that time I was not aware of any change in job must be informed to PNP? Waiting for your response. Thanking in advance!
What was the stream you applied for? If it was with a job offer, yes you should have notified.
They are clear that you need to inform the BCPNP about any change in your job or the condition of the nomination while the PR is being processed.
Maybe try to contact the BCPNP now first? Check the program guide.

Read page 5 of post nomination guide for BC PNP .
You were supposed to tell them but you hide it .

I applied under BC Tech Pilot program. I had job offer and before my job contract expire I got Bridge Open Work Permit. I sent BOWP also informed them that I am continuing my job with same conditions. Moreover, also asked that if they need a new offer letter as previous was expired. But they did not responsded to my question. Then after 1 month I my job contract was expired. Because they (BCPNP) did not addressed my question "if they need a new job offer letter" so I thought they do not need it anymore even if I switch to new job.

You were supposed to submit post nomination request through your online account where you submitted your PNP application while applying. Sending email was not an option . It’s all mentioned in your nomination letter. Anyway good luck .

Hi
I applied for Pnp Alberta and got my pr,
while waiting for my pr I took a month and half leave from the employer due stress at work, immediately after I got my PR I resigned, when I saw the ROE it was indicated date of my last payment not the day I resigned…

Will it cause any issue in my CITIZENSHIP application in the future,

Hi there,

I got BCPNP nomination under Skilled Worker Category ( Tech Pilot; NOC-2173) last year and applied for PR in Nov 2022. It's been almost 7 months since applying, as per the PR tracker, it shows as Biometrics and Medical are Completed and Eligibility and BG Verification are in progress.

Unfortunately, I will be getting laid off from the company by the end of June (in a month) because of a company merger. I have been working in this company in the same role for a little over a year now. If my PR application is not approved by the end of June, what would happen to my application?

Should I inform BCPNP immediately even though I have completed 1 year working for this position? Are there any exemptions?
Should I still find a similar job to maintain the PNP active? If so, how many days will I get to find a job?
Do I have any other better options left to make this PR journey a success?

Note: For PNP under the skilled worker category, a full-time job offer is required with permanent employment or a contract with at least 1 year.

Looking forward to your valuable advice.
TIA
Hi There,

I find myself in a similar position. I'm wondering how you proceed after being laid off. Did you get a new job? What PNP said to you once you informed them you were laid off? Did they asked you to find a new job or you found a new job before even informing about the lay off?

Thanks.
