in my Caips, Paper file sent to :File BF'd to ISD on 01-10-2012 Microlocator

nothing is written after sent to

IMM1017S requested on 11-08-10 and RpRf requested on 3-07-12, what does this mean? either i will get MR+RPRF before 01-10-2012 or after ?

01-10-2012 is your next BFD. Your file will be looked at on that date. Nothing can be said when you will get medicals but probably after 01-10-2012. Thanks

Hi!

Whatever MPR means but one thing looks certain that they both are linked i-e ECU and MPR. So ECU-MPR is a one unit and if you know its ECU who does the second review and issues medicals so MPR is definitely linked to a unit which can issue medicals . Thanks

Hi Cocknbull, I know,its all wishful thinking for me too. What is surprising is under the APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT, ASSIGNED TO/BY etc ( the BFD's ) ,its null and so much work has been done on the file. Crim, Eligibility etc

My Visa office is New Delhi, 1st AOR June 2010 , full docs sent Oct 2010 , 2nd AOR NOV 2010 ( recvd DEC 2010 ).

What is disappointing is the Medicals

I dont know what to make of my GCMS, some say, I will get medicals in September as per my communication date and also because I am under GROUP MI1-RFV Docs Pending (READY FOR VISA) and file is with ECU-MPR ?

I am confused, should I expect a request to update forms and send the additional document as in NOTES above ?? and then they will process MEDICALS for me, is that why, the medical due date is a year away from my inprocess date ?? THIS IS SILLY, DELAYING TACTICS !! I have not claimed points for SPOUSE and have already sent the certificate with rest of the documents , clearly labelled grrrrrrrrrr

On basis on Caips, if i conclude on 06-march-12, RIH (program assistant) done PSEC (1) and then on 20-march-12, ISD (i think VO) done SELDEC (4) and asked for MEDS+RPRF to RIH and put BF'D on 01-10-2012. So its duty of RIH to send MEDS+RPRF. AND on 01-10-2012, ISD will see my file again (means check MEDS+RPRF). SO i think i will get MEDS+RPRF before 01-10-2012. INSHA ALLAH

Paper file sent to PPS (Points paper screening) on 29-06-2012. If only age marks were indicated in ur Caips then may be before/On 29-06-2012 ur Other POints were calculated by screening ur papers, to determine PSDEC + SELDEC.
Else C&B can coment better.

kashif bhai thanx 4 input,bhai do u think that they have done my PS before PPS?if yes then what they do in PS?i mean initial review for points calculation?

PSDEC on PPS is done by program assistant on Processing date and in that review they calculated points viz all selection factors + Funds assessment + Job description + eligibility against NOC + PCC checkup. He/she then forwarded the file to VO. VO then do SELDEC based on assessment of Programme assistant. and Direct programme assistant for furthur updated docs OR RPRF OR MEDS OR PCC.

IMHO, after u get processing date. If u receive MR+RPRF+PPR (in case of NDVO), then no need to apply for CAIPS. However, if u wont hear anything from ur respective CHC after 1 - 2 months of processing date then go a head for CAIPS to know what actually is going on in ur case.

Hi!

They don't send any acknowledgement. It normally takes 30 days to get notes. After 4-5 days of applying you can also ask them to give you request no and approximate date to get the notes. Thanks
