Latest CAIPS / GCMS notes forms and how to order?

TY for the wishes vedette. How can I find previous location ? This is the first time I have ordered GCMS.

Was your previous Location: PREC-106-SCREENING? If yes then there is a guy name IndianBritish, you can see that in RIH Thread. He has Location PREC-106-SCREENING previously and then was assigned to ID > ID03154 and he recently received MR.

ECAS shows three lines of the new format:

1. WE received your app
2. We started processcing
3. We transferred your file to LVO

Can you plz advise what is shown in your ECAS? How many lines do you have?

If 2nd line date is beginning of 2015 then hopefully at least your eligibility review was supposed to be finalized by now. I would suggest that you place CSE where u state clearly your concern. You can refer to your GCMS notes while communicating to them.

Thanks for the advice. The SLU was from beginnning on January 2015. I plan to raise a CSE probably in the second week of Nov after passing of the 30th Oct due date as mentioned in the notes.

HIRV (blank here, nothing mentioned)
Criminality not started
Org crime (blank)
Medical (passed)
Misrepresentation (blank)

ASSIGNED TO RC-6262

I am very frusrated to see that my security and criminality checks are not over as I have been under processing for 340days already.

What I do not understand is if my security was in April 2015 how can assignment date be March 2016? Are they going to give me visa one month before expiry of my visa?


What is RC-6262?

What is HIRV? When it starts?

I also could not see any next BFD. All BFDs are outdated. Plz advise

HIRV (blank here, nothing mentioned) not related to you
Criminality not started when u submit police report, it is clear, no issue.
Org crime (blank) not related to you
Medical (passed) good
Misrepresentation (blank) no problem if there is no any mis-representaiton

I thought the above is deadline for my application to be reviewed and finalized but u say it BFD? Which means my application will not be brought forward until that date. My medicals expire in April 2016. How can BFD be so long ahead? It means no processing for 6 months.

Regarding criminal check, I have provided my PCC along with my application almost a year ago but my criminality check still not started. Can you plz advise on this?

Can you also advise where I can see background checks and background verification? I did not see a word saying background check in my GCMS.

Due date is your BFD, it never means what u r thinking but it is VO procedure. PCC they always pass at the final stage, therefore they may ask u to submit new PCC.
BGC they never mentioned on your GCMS, it is always Whited with some s.15 or s.19 etc so don't worry be happy and wait

Hi nekeol, thank you for your clarification. I noticed that I have s.15(1) in my notes. It is on the second page in top right side only. I cannot understand clearly where it refers as it is written in small font size and I assume refers to whole page.

Where can I get to know what is s.15(1)?

I am very surprised but I received PPR email today requesting to send my passports to VAC Office for visa. I am stunned!

It happened after the review of my GCMS notes I placed long CSE where I asked them to clarify when I am going to receive my PPR if my medicals would be expired in less than 6months considering that neither security nor criminal checks were initiated.
