This is my timeline
Applied on March 18 in Mexico (2 Study permits and a SOWP)
Biometrics on March 25 (at the VAC of Seattle)
Study permits approved on April 8 (processed in Edmonton)
Spouse Openwork permit still in process, They haven't started to review eligibility.
I wrote to the embassy and they said that the processing time is not accurate and doesn't apply for all cases, only for what they consider essential workers.
We're still waiting for my response

Hi Guys! I contacted an IRCC customer service officer today to inquire about my status, he informed me that since the application was not within Canada, he could only see that it was still in process and that for more details I should contact the embassy in Mexico, I would like to know if anyone has been able to make contact with the Mexican embassy?

Hi! thank you, I had risen 2 webforms and the answer is from that email, the last one was this morning, they haven't given me any detail about my status other than that is still in process. I ordered GCMS notes, I'll wait for them and see what they say.

We just received an update (no message) for both the study permit and the SOWP.

We have not submitted the medical exam, we are waiting for them to ask us.

I know, but my GCkey account says eligibility is reviewing, so I don't know what it really means. I think this is the only value information.
Your gckey account wont chance. If your eligibility says review required, it usually means that they have to double check some documents. Are there any further notes in the gcms notes?
Btw if there was something wrong, they wouldve rejected it already, so dont worry too much. We're trying to see why its stuck
Thank you, but I'm a little bit worry, because it has been 4 months since I took my Bio. About the notes there aren't any further notes besides some additional documents they asked, the note said: received and some pre- assessment note with general information about my case as they are: program, length of program, that I applied with my husband and daughter and Medical Required* didn't understand that part, I don't understand if we case need medical( which is true) or if they already required and didn't update the GCkey account
