Because in my case i applied in Jalandhar vfs and file forwarded to delhi

Dont know how they are processing this time or everytime. Starting dates of colleges are nearby and they are not even providing any undate..

Some people got their visas in very short period of time.. some waiting from ages

Dont understand how they are picking up applications
