Language Test Requirements for Paper Process PR

Hi
I applied the PNP via BC tech pilot and my noc no. was in Class A. For Class A in BC there is no language test requirements but i am not sure about paper process. I know for EE you need min 6 all from ielts, but i cant find anywhere that i need same language test requirements for paper process. Can someone please help me??

Yes, i found out. There is no requirement for language test if your pnp doesn't have one (like BC pnp for Class A and O).

thank you very much for your reply. im planning to apply manitoba pnp. when I asked them via email they said i do not need for mpnp, but i will when I apply PR. still confused lol do you know anything about this? why i need for pr while i dont need for pnp?
