Yes, i found out. There is no requirement for language test if your pnp doesn't have one (like BC pnp for Class A and O).

Hi I applied the PNP via BC tech pilot and my noc no. was in Class A. For Class A in BC there is no language test requirements but i am not sure about paper process. I know for EE you need min 6 all from ielts, but i cant find anywhere that i need same language test requirements for paper...
