Please try this:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/language.asp

No. CLB is not in the approved list. I applied initially in Jan 2016 with CLB copy and was returned with the note saying language proof is not accepted. Then I took the CELPIP-LS and reapplied in Feb 2016.

I have done grade 11 and 12 high school and I have high school diploma from Canada
And I am full time student in nursing program (third year)
Do they accept my high school diploma as a proof?

I think yes based on CIC. But wait for other experts opinion too.

Step 1: Have you completed a secondary or post-secondary program, in French or in English, in Canada or abroad?
If yes, send a copy of your diploma, certificate or transcript that shows you completed the program.

Do they accept a continuing education program (certificate) from an university?
