language certificate for PR after CSQ by PEQ (studying MSc in French)

hi guys,
I applied for CSQ by PEQ. I want to apply for PR now. I dont have any French language certificate but I studied MSc in French and submitted my thesis in French too. For PR application do I need to have French or English language certoficate? because I saw that we should send the lqnguage certificate with PR application forms.

You do not need to submit language certificates.
