What is the best time and day to do landing at rainbow bridge?

Hello ABC12345xyz,
I did landing on 12th may 2015 at rainbow bridge. it was tuesday and i did it at around 8:15pm
it was best time as i was the only one with my wife. it took less than 10min for a total process.
I would prefer to do during weekdays late around 8pm

So let me get this straight. Technically, it doesn't matter what time of the day you show up there? It could be 8PM or 6AM in the morning, they will still process your landing , correct?
