Hi I have now got my passport stamped and just have one concern....

I was convicted of DUI 6 years ago and i applied for rehabilitation for my in admissibility along with my application for skilled worker PR. When/If the customs office asks me if i have ever been convicted of a crime what to i tell him.….?

If tell him the truth can he refuse me entry even tough i have applied for rehabilitation.

As far as i know it will not affect your application if you can explain in truthfully. There is option in the application if your answer is YES and you can explain. Dont worry....ben

If you got your passport stamped even if you were convicted it means that CIC accepted your rehabilitation
