Immigration to canada with Criminal Record

Hello

I have a criminal record, theft, I used some credit cards found on internet, i used to buy things with the credit cards.

Now I got convicted for 3 Months, And I didn't go to jail , I paid a fine.

The record is 12 Years OLD. I got rehabilitation from the court in my country, I am able to get a police certificates.

Questions:-

When I submit my immigration application, do I need to TICK yes to the below question?

"Have you ever been arrested or convicted for an offence or crime involving moral turpitude or a violation related to a controlled substance; or have been arrested or convicted for two or more offences for which the aggregate sentence to confinement was five years or more; or have been a controlled substance trafficker; or are you seeking entry to engage in criminal or immoral activities?"

The record is not in canada, its outside canada.

And, any help on this issue? and experiance with someone who had same issue?

1. I have no idea where you got the above wording, it is probably from a US application.
2. If you read Schedule A, Q6 b you have to answer yes.
