They ask your sponsor if he/she still wants to sponsor u.

They ask for proof of living together.

They ask u if u have any dependants
If you have been refused entry to canada
If you committed crime in Canada or anywhere else.

Then u sign the corp and they congratulate you.

Yes you can fold the copr. Its a long piece of paper.

I crossed at a land boarder, they just asked if we where still at the same address, still married, or had any children.
