Hi, I got Passport submission request recently, awaiting for my PP with Visa and COPR from Ottawa and I am currently living in Toronto on TRV. I applied for Family Sponsorship from outside Canada (New Delhi Visa Office). Can anyone tell me the procedure to do the Landing process within Canada?

The options are:

1) Drive to a US/Canada land border and flagpole (fastest)
2) Exit Canada and return on an international flight (most expensive)
3) Book an appointment to land within Canada at a CIC office (can take a number of weeks or even a couple of months to get an appointment)

Thanks for the reply, As you mentioned in your reply the US/Canada boarder seems to be quick. But can I cross the boarder without a valid USA visa?

Is this possible:

I like to more about it
As we all know the 70k flight charges India to Canada is the most expensive here. Round trip cost about 1.4lac INR or 2740$CAD

Yes it is possible, you have to cross the border either through air,sea or road that's it. But my doubt is, do we need a valid US visa for the landing process at the US-Canada land border flagpole

i think if you go up to the US/Canada border, there is a way to go up to the Canada side without even entering US .. there is a side road that says, you are about to leave canada, if this is not your intention, return now .. something along these lines .. search google maps ..
