We landed via the Detroit-Ambassador bridge. Our COPRs were signed, marked as landed PRs and attached to our passports. However our PR card application was refused to be filled as we were not landing permanently and going back to the US. The relative's address we had in hand was not accepted as address for landing. We were asked to land permanently and apply for the card inland. Is this an issue?
Also we were not asked to move to the Custom's section to get the B4 list stamped, and we were asked to bring the forms back when we landed permanently. Is that ok?
Any insight into this is most welcome. Thanks!
