Hi everyone,
I would like to share my experience if anyone had the same situation please share it with me..I did my landing interview at CIC office and pay my residence fee same day.During the interview the officer ask if the sponsor is in social assistance before and he said Yes.He was getting welfare last 2009 but now he is working. The officer decided to give me another appointment by letter and I don't know when it will be.She wants to get info regarding the welfare.I came to canada as a worker and I met my husband here in canada. My question is this going to affect my permanent resident status in spite I'm working that time while he is in social assistance?I don't understand coz If I'm working full time i don't need my husband support. Is there any chances i can still grant my permanent resident? Please need your kindness response...
thanks,
angel zairah
