Landing interview- Original entry to Canada?

My fiancé just received his COPR which needs to be finalized through an online portal (covid). It asks for original entry date as well as last entry date into Canada. I was wondering what exactly is meant by original date to Canada? Does this mean he needs to find his first ever vacation to Canada date when he was 6?

What would the date of original arrival be? His original time ever coming to Canada (at 6 years old) or since he came here on a study permit?
