Landing in Windsor

Hi Seniors,

Planning to land in Windsor border through Detteroit US by road to complete my landing formality next week.

Anyone recently landed in Windsor border by road - Pls share any info/experience one should be wanrned off - This would be a great help.

Our plan currently is to stay in canada for 2 days and return back to US to finish existing commitments and settle in Canada after 6 months.
Hope i can share this plan to border officer while landing.

Iam planning to give my Friends canadian mailing address for PR card application - Hope this is fine and the border officer will accept this even its not my own address in canada. Pls advice.

Any guidance in above questions is much appreciated

Hello Ramathi,

I have almost the same plan. Want to save my PR by just doing the landing formality and then come back to India after 2-3 days.

Have you got any further information on this ?
