hi all I have a quick question

I have some jewellery back in my home country in my bank locker.. At the moment I don't have any pictures of it or have anyone to operate my locker as well ... and I live abroad elsewhere now and cant access them ..

I will be doing only a soft landing in November and I will move to Canada permanently next year

I need to know if I can still mention my gold and silver items to follow later when I move permanently or I must declare whatever I own and planning to bring along in my first soft landing itself.

Pls advise
Declare everything when you first come to Canada to settle for at least one year.

Exactly... You don't need to submit lists during a soft landing.

For the SIN then, do we just take note of the number and file away the sheet of paper?
Yes. But keep the paper safe. You just need to provide SIN number wherever applicable.

Just declare what you are brining at that time and let IRCC know that you will move permanently later and that you will declare goods to follow list later.
