LANDING ADDRESS

I had just done my medical and if everything turns out fine, hopefully would get my immigrant’s visa soon.

Can anyone helps me on this, my question is:

If in my application I had indicated that my destination is Ontario, but since someone offered me accomodation in another place (Edmonton), can I instead land in Edmonton and give my friend’s address in Edmonton for my PR card’s delivery?

Your Edmonton address is fine for the PR card delivery.

You "land" at the first port of entry.
