IOM Lagos does not collect any fee whatsoever under any guise.... i just got my flight tickets through them and to my surprise they called me up to tell me that i still have some change out of the money i paid to them for the flight tickets.
Dealing with IOM lagos requires "a lot of patience"... it seems they are busy with other issues apart from getting flight tickets so you need to pet them and flow with them well. i got my tickets within 3 weeks while Mandie that used IOM Accra got hers "Same day" (naija na wah)
You start by calling their office to book an appointment... (Send me a PM if you need the numbers). You will be given an appointment, i initially made the mistake of going to their old office at IKoyi before i was re-directed to their new office at GRA- Ikeja.
On the appointment day, the security guards will re-confirm if "you are on the list" before you are allowed in... then you will be assigned an officer who will give you a form to fill and talk to you a little about IOM, they will also collect your original passports for scanning to their regional office in Accra.
My best advice to anyone that intends using IOM services is
"Please use their Accra office", because even the lagos and abuja offices will still forward your details to Accra to make the final Booking.
But all in all, IOM flight tickets are waaaaaaaaaaay cheaper than whatever you will get on any website or travel agent.

ÞI also read they collect a fee but don't know how much or how true it is...kindly convey all vital info once you're done with them...
All the best
