Hi there, they sent back our application. They said that our application is incomplete so they cannot process it, but the same can be refiled. It is ok at least we have now the chance of incorporating my medical.We will resubmit this week. Thanks to those who patiently took time in answering my concerns.

. yes, you read it right.. i think theyre too strict nowadays. i already mailed the proof of medical to my husband and hopefully we could resubmit on monday or the most tuesday of this coming week.

that's sad..but don't worry everything will be alright.

We submitted our application without the medical and got our SA eventually after 20days and been forwarded to AUH VO (processing time 19months So now Im hoping to receive medical request from them soon.

yeah, im a bit sad but at the same time grateful that they are prompt in returning the same and informing us to resubmit the whole application together with the medical document. We will resubmit this week. I pray that all will be well. thanks

Ellaine,try to re-check ur application maybe you lack some signatures,etc..we have the same case with scoobydoo even if we did not submitted the medical they still managed to approved us as a sponsor and transfered to CEM without it returning the whole package..

Scoobydoo,i think u need to do something with your application..try to email CEM or call them..as i said earlier,it took me 6 months to act with my aplication coz i thought they will just send me a letter or email me to submit my medical but they didnt..if i did not act that way maybe it took me a year or more waiting updates from them..

Scoobydoo,i think u need to do something with your application..try to email CEM or call them..as i said earlier,it took me 6 months to act with my aplication coz i thought they will just send me a letter or email me to submit my medical but they didnt..if i did not act that way maybe it took me a year or more waiting updates from them..

thanks dirkorver but my VO is not CEM,its in Abudhabi (CEAUH) because im working here in Bahrain..but i will consider your advise and will send email to them after some time as our processing time is max 19months

Hi dirkorver! i would like to ask since you have the same case as mine, I failed to submit the medical exams together with the application package sent to CPCm last January and was received on February 18, 2013 and was SA was granted on April. While I was browsing this forum, i learned that you need to undergo an upfront medical for family class sponsorship. I asked my partner in Canada to inquire at CPCM on what to do and said I should do a medical and submit the proof of medical to CEM. I am already done with the medicals today and ready to submit, to what specific department and address of CEM shall I send the proof of medical? Thanks!
