Got the package in mail today but it wasn't without it's share of misadventures. We opened the envelope using scissors which essentially ripped the top section of my wife's COPR
When we got over that and started reading through the document, we realized it contained multiple errors.
1. My wife's gender is mentioned as "Male"
2. Our application category is mentioned as "SW1" (On passport it is correctly stamped as IM-1)
3. Country of issue of my passport is wrongly entered as India. It should have been USA since I had it renewed and issued at Houston
4. Country of residence is misspelled as "United States of Americ"
5. My wife's medical record is not updated. It is still showing her old IME number from 2022 on COPR. Our IRCC profile has updated IME number from 2023 test results.
Please suggest what would be the best course of action to get this resolved at the earliest as we were planning to enter Canada by early September.
