Kitchener-Waterloo applicants

Hi everyone,

I was hoping we could have this thread to share our timeline with respect to the KW office. My application has been under process since August 16. It'll be great if we could learn the wait time between different stages by sharing our timelines.

I am a March applicant.. in progress since June 20. Location Waterloo. I know there are other threads for KW. But don’t mind sharing my timeline if it helps.

I am an applicant from Kitchener. My application has been IP since Aug 15, 2018. I have a friend from Waterloo who also applied and he has been IP since July 30, 2018.

Kitchener office is relatively slow when compared to other offices like Montreal/ Ottawa, right?

I am a March 2018 applicant, in process since June 20. I received my GCMS notes effective oct 22 and there is absolutely no update on my file except criminality which is marked passed. Rest everything is marked not started.

hope things move a tad bit faster.
