Any word from Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge/Guelph applicants with IP from April-August 2018 about your test invites? Kitchener CIC is painfully slow? My application went into processing on Aug 15th and just wanted to understand the timelines. I have a friend with IP on July 30th waiting too.

Okay! And when did you receive the invite for the test? As in how many days/months after your application went IP?

It's been more than an year and I haven't heard anything after In Process. I tried using the webform and all they said was 'we can confirm it's in process, hope this info helps'. I can see that info at online status too like how the heck is that useful.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get them to look into this or nudge my application?

Have you done an ATIP request for your GCMS notes at all so far? If not, now might be a good time to do so. At least you'll then see if there are any unusual comments for your case.
Beyond that, most approaches are a bit ineffective, unless you have a sympathetic MP who could do with a few more votes next time

Yes I have. From what I could tell they were still waiting on security checks but those haven't changed in a while either.

I think I'm gonna keep trying the call centre now and find someone who would send an email to the local office on my behalf. I'll try and see if an MP can help too.

We will see in the sheet Location Annual - ON & AB that since January/2018 nobody received Test Invitation from Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge.

I'm from Waterloo - AOR April13 and IP July 18 and still waiting for some progress to be done.
