Charlie, I probably read the canlii files about 20 times before we submitted. Easy to see why the IO are untrusting when you see some of the crap people try and pull off, small wonder our genuine cases undergo so much scrutiny

This is really helpful information, my chances are slim, but we r giving it a good shot!

I hope you're doing well and the processs is running smoothly. 2 friends of mine recently got through. It was a long battle but they are happy and reunited!

I am doing well, have heard nothing from KG since they got my file, but it's early days yet, so no news is good news in that case, to my mind!

Glad to hear your friends are reunited with their families, it's good that you rejoice with others even in the midst of your own setback. Very commendable attitude.

They are indeed processing your file and you will soon get the call you're waiting on, try not to worry about that too much even though I know its easier said than done.

Good morning everyone! I have a question for ppl who have already got ppr, Or anyone else that knows. Did anyone ever get a ppr call before it showed meds received on their e-cas? Every morning I wake up so early to chk my blackberry if there is any email. Then when I don't see nothing from e-cas my hopes of getting a call go down the drain cuz I'm thinking if it doesn't show meds received then no call will be happening. I'm calling back my MP today to see if they have heard anything. Mr Propers meds expire the first week of october so I know its still over a mth away, but I guess I'm being paranoid.

Well today is tuesday, let's hope for some more great updates!!!!!!

Hello ALL.....i'm new to this forum
just wanted some input on how this process works. my file file was transferred to the KGN office on July 15th, ecas updated to application received on July 26th. just wondering how long does it normally take to get an AOR from kingston in writing or how long it will take to say inprocess.....

welcome NEIKA KGN sometimes don't send out AOR so don't really wait around for that as well ECAS is not so reliable so dont really go by that, trends say 6-8 mths processing for some on the forum again can't really base your expectations on that either, but question for you when did you do your medical??? that could be some comfort as some people get thru closer to med expiry with the exception of a few\
