Hi Charlie for accurate tracking there are 2 people that had their husbands landed this week Lil Maya husband landed yesterday and Sanchester husband landing today just so we can know on avg how long the 2010 files are taking to process

Yay for them

Good morning forum family, happy Friday to everyone and welcome home Mr Maya and Mr Sanchester, enjoy your well earned lives.
Kedisha, we got our Marriage cert back within a week. Your pastor can/should be arranging that for you, we were a little extra nice with our donations mind you.
morning proper, haven't given up on this week for you yet
Well another work week comes to an end for many of us, some thoughts to brighten up your work week next week

How to Maintain a Healthy Level of Insanity in the Workplace
1) Page yourself over the intercom. Don't disguise your voice.

2) Find out where your boss shops and buy exactly the same outfits. Wear them one day after you boss does. This is especially effective if your boss is a different gender.

3) Make up nicknames for all your coworkers and refer to them only by these names. "That's a good point, Sparky." "No, I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to disagree with you there, Cha-cha."

4) Send e-mail to the rest of the company telling them exactly what you're doing. For example: "If anyone needs me, I'll be in the bathroom."

5) Hi-Lite your shoes. Tell people you haven't lost them as much since you did this.

6) Hang mosquito netting around your cubicle. When you emerge to get coffee or a printout or whatever, slap yourself randomly the whole way.

7) Put a chair facing a printer. Sit there all day and tell people you're waiting for your document.

8) Every time someone asks you to do something, anything, ask them if they want fries with that.

9) Encourage your colleagues to join you in a little synchronized chair-dancing.

10) Put your trash can on your desk. Label it "IN."

11) Feign an unnatural and hysterical fear of staplers.

12) Send e-mail messages saying there's free pizza or donuts or cake in the lunch room. When people drift back to work complaining that they found none, lean back, pat your stomach and say, "Oh you've got to be faster than that."

13) Put decaf in the coffee maker for three weeks. Once everyone has withdrawn from caffeine addiction, switch to espresso

As for me............................. I'm at -45 days, still waiting for sponsor approval :'(. I called the call center on wednsday an inquired why my app is taking for damn long for first stage approval and they said they are just verifying information! I am a bit unsure why it is taking so long to find out information and find it a bit discourging :-X

Anyways on a bighter note listening to everyones landing stories is cheering me up and giving me hope!

Lets hope for good news for EVERYONE today!!!!!!!!! :P ;D :D ;) :)

just stopping in to say hi, welcome to the newbies, congrats on all the updates and landings, and I hope everyone is doing well

we're back from JA safe and sound, baby is doing well...it was hot as hell there and I had difficulty dealing with the heat. I lost 5 lbs while I was there, I couldn't eat much and my feet swelled up like balloons. Going down at almost 7 months pregnant wasn't the best idea lol oh well, live and learn. It was a sad and stressful trip but spending time with family and friends was nice. They all enjoyed giving me belly rubs and hopefully it brought a small ray of sunshine to them.

kedeisha - I saw that you posted about accurate tracking. Not sure if you know about trackitt.com or not. If not, you should check it out, it is a tracking system for applicants (who choose to sign up) going through this process for all Countries. We have traditionally only kept track of people on this forum (which is obviously a small percentage of applicants) but this system on trackitt has more cases on it

Here's the website that shows the spreadsheet...you'll recognize some names on there. You can filter whatever search criteria you want to see the timelines

trackitt.com/canada-immigration-trackers/family-class

sorry it won't let me enter the full website address
