I can finally logged in my E-Cas and I received this message saying we have received your application since July 27, 2010 and that medicals have been received. Could someone tell me the meaning of this. thanks alot, i'm feeling so anxious right now. Thanks again.

Wow - what is going on with Kingston, looks like they are finally getting around to updating ecas lol... never seen so many updates before in one day on that thing!

Congrats to Child of King - You must be overjoyed right now...

Charlie must be too busy to do the updates lol

Our file was strait forward and we got asked for original documents from KNG since we sent photocopies in the original application and we sent them to KNG when asked and when we got the visa and passport back we got our whole package back from pictures, to birth papers, birthday cards, love letters, all evidence..... everything!

i knew tuesdays were update days for ecas but HOLY SMOKES!!!!!

that's 4 medical results received in 1 day????? WOWIEE!!!!!!

Logged on to e-cas today and it stated We received ******'s application for permanent residence on November 8, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

I'm assuming that although Kingston received the file Nov 8 that the file was not actually opened or started processing until the AOR was sent (AOR had no date but the envelope was mailed from Kingston Dec 17). But are the medical results being received truly the last step? I would be amazed if all of sudden the process went quickly.

I went to the MP today and they called Ottawa the minister office to make a complaint about Kingston... What a great feeling this is can't wait for them to call hubby... OMGGGGGGGGGG i cannot believe this 7 people in one day... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Gbw - it was not long after Nae got the "Medicals received" update that her hubby got the PPR call, so yes, it is close to the end now.

Let's hear it for KG! Rah rah rah!!!

Ps. one thing I noticed on Ecas was that it said they only started processing on the 20th of January 2011.
could they really be in the finally stages then hmmmm? ???

Thanks for the reminder about Soanxious, Gbw. I put hers as an additional documents request as they asked for her passports for travel from 2006.

As for being close to the end after started processing on Jan 20, I don't see any reason why not. Other embassies are capable of processing applications in 4, 5, 6 months, why is KG exempt from having standards? Hold the faith, ladies, things are happening for you!

I guess everyone's file was just updated today then. That is still good. I was just so happy to see something under hubby's name other than N/A....lol

I however did try to pull up the info under his file # but nothing should up....hmmm!!!!

My birthday is Feb.5th and wedding anniversary is Feb.15th, it would be so nice to have him here ....that i know is impossible but its nice to dream...lol
