Yes they can use the same one, had this happen to a friend a couple years back was something minor and they sent it back it's the same application not a new one so no need to pay again

So that's about 5 months from The sponsorship portion or when the Visa office receives it?

5 months from your application date. If you check the spreadsheet you'll see that trend from late 2014 to 2015 applicants who had documents / RPRF requested at @ 5 months.

Since you sent everything upfront, you most likely won't hear nothing until PPR, and if its still that trend of 10 to 11 months when the VO asks for PPR expect to hear something around Sept to Nov this year.

Asking for a friend. Unfortunately their papers got sent back to them because of an error in the paperwork. Will they have to pay the fee again or when they resend it in they can use the same receipt?

What is the FYI processing start date on the spread sheet? What does that mean? Also just wanted to add our sponsorship approval was November 5,2015. And application now says in process, medical received and we started processing "his name" application November 12, 2015. Not sure if that has to be added? One more question, if and when PPR comes thru, will the request be sent through email or regular mail? Just want to know so hubby is checking the physical mail if need be.

Most likely he'll get his passport request by email. My husbands passport request was sitting in his junk mail two days and he didn't even know. So make sure whatever email he put down for correspondence have him check his regular and junk mail every time.

Lol. Sorry for being a pain, that column just means that's when they started to look at it right? So mine would be November 12? I'm such a freak about stuff I know! I look wayyy too much into it lol. Just wanna be sure I'm not missing something Thanks for the clarification everyone!

Sorry to hear... If you don't mind me asking, how quickly did they send it back to request the missing information?

They sent in their app to Mississauga in January and got it back yesterday. So pretty fast.

Congradulation on getting back your passport with the nice shiney visa it... I bet your passport was very heavy before you send it in to get your visa but not it sure very light now since you have it now... The breeze will pic it up like it do airplane and make it fly with you....
