But maybe because we haven't received an AOR from Kingston yet, that's why we don't see more info besides "In process" under his PR application and within it only says "We received your application on Mar 26th 2015" and "We received your medicals"
Is there suppose to be more????

I think eventually it would say more, mine says the same just with a different date. I'm thinking at some point it would say "interview waived" because that seems to be something people eventually find out??? Obviously this is 100% new to me so I'm just guessing. I'm going to ask some of the ladies I know whose husbands immigrated within the last couple years and see if they know!

I haven't even received an AOR from Kingston yet. I have just been logging into ECAS with "Our" Application number. Sometimes I put my name and info OR ill use his name and info. (Haven't changed my last name yet)

I didnt get an official AOR from KIN. I just knew they had it because I emailed to ask if they received the medicals and they confirmed then the date they received my application in March, the medicals in April. They didnt change my eCas to reflect that for months.

What I think is going on is that they update a lot of eCas statuses at the same time, and that some of us have actually been in process for sometime now, they are just updating in batches. Hoefully they start sending out PPR soon too.

Gosh I just hope that with all us being in "In process" we get PPR within 2 months, as it seems like in the spreadsheet....and NOT that it's a glitch in the system. It seems like a lot of other people on other forums got this "In process" update too.

So one of the girls said hers sat in progress for a while however her file was being processed during the strike so that would make a difference.

The other lady said that for hers it turned in process and then they received a call to turn in his daughters medical (they hadn't done this when filing because she was not moving) then when they got it they asked for passport.

Hey guyz. My application was sent in April started processing May and correspondence sent June so I haven't heard anything yet. I haven't sent in my Jamaican police check and the RPRF and I'm not sure if I'm gonna need an ARC so I'm just waiting .

You should send everything in asap. If they have to ask u to send something in, they wont look at your file again for up to 60 days! I learned that the hard way

Hey guys...been mia because I just had my baby girl and it's been rough. My husband came to Jamaica for the birth but he is gone now leaving me feeling like a single parent. This is our first child so I'm a newbie mom....sigh.
So my status still says app received n that bthers me seeing that me n shortyp2000 both got req for on may 31. The 60 days has passed but no change for me. I'm wondering if this is because I will now have to add my daughter to the file. Does any1 have any info about this?

Hey Torontoblues, nice to hear from you. Congrats on the baby! I know how it feels to be married but also be a single mother at the same time. Just keep yourself busy, and add her to your file asap!! Your eCas will soon update, im sure this week, as we applied close in dates, I think I applied just a few weeks before you. So you are going to be updated next
