Hey Hon sorry to hear, please take good care of yourself and try not to stress out. This process varies for everyone. Hold the faith and don't be impatient, that causes stress. Have you tried checking your Ecas recently? You could have an update.

In that link they talk about ordering files notes, is this something that people have been doing it can do? If so does anyone know how?

Shanab-- if you call the Canada immigration number they should be able to tell you that you were approved by mis and the file has moved to Kingston. I called around may 25th and they looked at my file and were able to tell me that my application to sponsor was approved and it had moved on to Kingston. Then I received my letter 3 days later (it was already in the mail when I called). Some people get emails but we didn't.

That's when I got the correct info about how to log in to see my husbands ECAS and now I check his because it seemed to be updated more than my own.

Just thought I'd mention it because you said you hadn't received your letter about sponsorship yet. I'm sure it's on route to you though!

Yeah to log in for his they gave me his application number then I use his last name, country of birth (Jamaica of course) and his birthdate. For mine I can only seem to get in with my Client ID number and maiden name (even though I filed under my married name), birthplace and birthdate.

I hadn't even been checking mine anymore until my husband's showed in process then I went to mine and saw more details had been added in June such as my file transfer date and the decision made part. On my husbands application (under my log in) the only comments when I go in to the "in process" part are the dates they received his app and that medicals are received. Can't wait to see it read PPR! :)

:) Hope we all get PPR soon. The long wait is too stressing. worse now that i have lost another means of communication with my husband. Am just praying. Am just putting everything in gods hands. I am a strong believer.

No I don't think so. I've never received a uci number for him but when I called the immigration line they were able to give me an application number. It starts with a letter then is a series of numbers.

Hope that helps!

I just logged in with his info using the application number and got in! Thats never happened before using his info. I wonder if that changed with the "in process" status.

I've been able to do it since getting my approval from mis but his always just said application received. Monday I noticed the change and checked mine and it had changed too!!

This week has already been really exciting but now I'm a little worried my hopes are up lol!!

I asked my MP to inquire last Tuesday so I am hoping to hear back from then today and maybe their update can confirm if it really means we've passed eligability.

I told my husband today that he had better start awnsering every single phone call! Including unknown numbers lol!

I haven't even received an AOR from Kingston yet. I have just been logging into ECAS with "Our" Application number. Sometimes I put my name and info OR ill use his name and info. (Haven't changed my last name yet)

Never had any issues.

But maybe because we haven't received an AOR from Kingston yet, that's why we don't see more info besides "In process" under his PR application and within it only says "We received your application on Mar 26th 2015" and "We received your medicals"
Is there suppose to be more????
