hey nae and canuck... thanks for keeping us laughing :) hope all is well

Hey you guys, I have one for you too ... I may be soo yesterday but imma still share it .. enjoy :D

Notice how all the "Christians" (I use that term loosely because in order to be a Christian one should attempting to be like- Christ) single out homosexuality as some kind of uber-sin. The Bible makes no distinction of one sin being greater than another. Gluttony is listed as sin in the Bible..never seen a "Christian" once protesting outside an all-you-can-eat buffet

hey chelley! everything's good....I hope all is well with you too

confused - lol soooo true! I've never been involved in a protest of any kind but I'm totally guilty of gluttony! :P :P :P :P

Happy Thanks Giving everyone. Hope you all have a wonderful time with your families. HMMMM turkey gobble gobble my dear friends.

:P@Confused.....so true I find the religion of Christianity so flawed and hypocritical. I gave you a + to balance out the negative I knew you would get.

Happy Thanksgiving all my canuck peeps. Man I wish I was spending it with hubby this year.

Hope you all have a great weekend!

mrs lwsn - make sure you send the change of status form and the world income form in at the same time because it does affect your child tax benefit and your hst ... they calculate your hubby's income in. If hubby's income is 0 or minimal, you have no worries. But if you dont send the world income form, it may hold up your ctc and hst....I don't know for sure as I never got any anyway but I sent in the change of status form then they sent me a letter asking for the world income form to re-calculate my entitlement to ctb and hst. I know it won't change my entitlement ... I'll still get nothing but I don't know how that will work for you. If you wait too long, they may penalize you....who knows. Maybe someone else on here knows more

and remember the world income is for 2009. Next year you will probably have to send in another one for 2010 ... you don't want them auditing you so if I were you, I'd send it in
Gotcha, but, I wasnt married in 2009, I only got married this year, so how can I report my "spouses" income for 2009, when I didnt av a spouse yet?...and we werent common-law b4 that as he has never come to Canada.

confused - I gave you a positive earlier too lol I was also anticipating you getting some negatives lol

mrslwsn - I got married this year in march and like you, wasn't common law in 2009 either but they still asked for it. I believe everyone here will tell you they were asked for it too. In your letter, explain what you just said, he isn't in Canada, wasn't in Canada and will be applying for PR. I think some people have indicated the spouse's income as $0...I didn't, I put in the estimated figure of what he earned in 2009. I believe it may affect your entitlement for CTC and HST that you are receiving now in 2010 and I say that because I received a letter asking for the World Income form with spousal income from 2009....they said I could be entitled to more CTC and HST. Who are they kidding? lol I never got it before so why would I get it now? Perhaps you shoud call Revenue Canada to ask your questions and get some instructions on how to proceed

oh and I just thought of something else, they ask for your husband's SIN #....I put it as 000-000-000. I believe some of the others here have done the same. Again, I explained he is not a Canadian Citizen and is not living in Canada therefore, does not have a SIN number

missinbaby just wanted to know if ur hubby landed as yet and how did that $1500.00 turned out coz i can't seem to find your post on here

gotcha...well thx guys so much , lol...yes i read that too about "you may be entiltled to more etc" LOLLLLL big joke, ok well I am going to send the status, change of name, and world income all in one, and I am going to put in the canadian equivalant of my husband's earnings because he actually has a real full time job there, but of course i'm sure most ah unnu kno dem pay slave wage, so I av already done my calculations adding in hubby income and it doesnt change my ctc or gst but it actually increase my ontario sales tax benefit by 70.00!!! Was anyone's (for all who recieve) delayed when they sent in the papers (status change, world income, etc)??
