Hubby got an email today asking for the long form birth certificates (Statement of live birth) for our sons. This means they are processing now right? I mean they wouldnt ask unless they have started working on it finally?

I would like to think so...... but whats more shocking to me is...i didnt know Kingston worked on Sundays or weekend.....if thats the case why ppl application taking so long?

I know right! Becuz it doesnt seem like they work any other day during the week lol..... hopefully this means they are working on things and getting closer to being with my hubby... im sure they wouldnt ask for it unless they have started processing, because how would we still be in queue to be reviewed but having things looked at right? fingers crossed. they emailed back again today and said that they have received it and files been updated

On the additional family information form section A where it say spouse info should it go there and if it did go there will they refuse it?
why i ask is that i saw it somewhere in this immigration forum.

Anyone going thru or have gone the POS experience, can u help with this question
so hubby got a letter yesterday that our application is in the final process now he has to send
his passport to POS does anyone know how the fedex process works? Does he have to
create the return airway bill online I am getting some confusing info..

Congratulations on PPR!!

To my understanding, there is two ways of doing it 1) setting up an account with fedex and listing a credit card to pay for the return fees and 2) getting a bank draft and going to fedex to get an airway bill. My hubby and I opted for the second one...while he had a bit of run around (i.e. getting the specific instructions from fedex and then going back to the bank and back to fedex)...it worked out perfectly!
