We recieved the AOR march 5/15 they are asking for proof of communication, Proof of
joint affair banks accounts etc, his birth certificate and police recored check. They are asking for proof of
my travel to jamaica even tho I did submit that with my application to mississauga.

ok. Joint affairs? You must be filling under common law then.

that's weird. I did not think that this information was necessary under marriage. Well, sounds like they have given you a whole lot more work to do. Based on your timeframe and ours, we should hear something soon too.

please answer this for me thank you...i heard people talking that i would need christian paper can someone help with this one?

you can always apply, just not sure if you will get it, unless circumstances have changed and you can prove strongly that he has enough ties to return. Im sorry you were denied.

Christian papers as in papers from church that you get when dedicated/baptized, etc or birth certificate? not sure what you mean by christian paper

You guys living in 2 differents country and 2 different address so the answer is NO. Even she go visit you sometimes, you are not living together.

At this stage, before investing more time, it might be helpful to consult with an immigration consultant who will be in a better position based on your specific case to tell you if your chances are good or not to be approved for a visitor visa. These visas are issued only when very specific criterias are met.

Additional information was requested from my husband from POS one being his birth
certificate does anyone know if he has to send in the original copy or a photocopy is
good enough.
