Dear Ofia,
At this stage, before investing more time, it might be helpful to consult with an immigration consultant who will be in a better position based on your specific case to tell you if your chances are good or not to be approved for a visitor visa. These visas are issued only when very specific criterias are met.
Good luck!
Hi Ofia,
As Solkaman stated above, I would advise you to speak to an immigration consultant before you proceed with any further applications. Also your best option is to appeal your case, never underestimate the power of an appeal, circumstances can change and you can submit this and update your case file during an appeal. If you do not appeal and attempt a TRV this will raise a red flag to the embassy, they will conclude that " you may know that you stand no chance of an appeal, so you are seeking a loop hole and you maybe a flight risk." A colleague of mine was being filed for by her dad, they were denied, the embassy stated that the father was not making enough money to support the application because he filed for some type of monetary assistance once, plus he had filed for her brothers before her, they appealed and won in court. And just so you know, when I applied for a TRV (Temporary Resident Visa), my lawyer advised me that the embassy will cross reference my PR (Permanent Resident) file when trying to make a decision on a TRV, however most times they do not grant a TRV when you have a PR in process especially from certain countries. These types of visas are called dual intent visas, however since you are already denied you will be applying for a regular TRV, however I do believe they will still cross reference your PR file. So God's blessings just be wise about it.
