Nope!!!...I've been very reluctant to post anything, becuz I feel like there has been so much miscommunication on POS's end. The initial email I received early this week stated that I should mail in the waybill. Well lets just say that was a very misleading statement.
After I had opened the fedex account and emailed POS with the account number, the next day POS called my hubby and informed him that the PP was ready however they had a little more paperwork to be finalized, and that they would email me the tracking number once it was completed.
So about 3-4 hours goes by and I get an email that says "as per our convo this morning blah blah blah here is the tracking number, and please see attachment" Well in the attachment was a scanned copy of the completed Fedex air waybill with the tracking number on it.
Soooo I guess that meant I could start tracking the docs right? WRONG!!! After entering the tracking number a numerous amount of times, the Fedex site kept saying "NOT FOUND" :
I'm like that's strange. So I called Fedex and they said it could mean that the waybill was prepared but the docs had not been shipped yet OR the docs was picked up but the waybill has not been scanned!!...Well I definitely thought it was the second one. So I emailed POS just so they can confirm it has been shipped, just to find out they were still "finalizing" the paperwork and that it would be A FEW MORE DAYS!!!
UGGGHHH!!

So now I just keep checking my tracking number to see if it has gone live, and still nothing!! ???. Sorry if I got anybody's hopes up, but it looks like another disappointing week for the POS files :-[
