Did you got a notice to redo the PC already or did they not send one? They would need to ask for a new one if the other one is over a year old and they will ask for that before decision is made. They will give you a timeline to send it in. We got notice last week and they gave us 60 days and also emailed and snail mailed the letter. We went into process last week as well.

You really need to contact your MP and find out what is going on. If they requested a new PC and you didn't hand it in in time they can decline your application . Had husband read me the letter. Told him to get it emailed to me now! He has to get into town and get to an Internet place. Looks like the letter was dated July 22 Nd and gave him 30 days. It also says something about medical in 60. He just received the mail Fri. So that means we missed the police clearance date!! Freaking out. 4 yrs and it could end like this??? Sorry. In a serious Panic

Oh my God!!!! My hubby just called me at work PPR, PPR, PPR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so over the moon right now, won't be good at nothing after this news, impossible for me to focus!

Hubby will send a letter with his passport by DHL today to mention to Imm. that I am flying there in two weeks for his B'day, getting back 7 days after, asking them if they think it might be possible to get his passport and visa back in time in order to fly back with me ;D ;D ;D

Congrats girl... hubby will be on that plane back home with u. We are all praying for this to happen.

Hubby just sent me his mail. It was dated July 22nd. They gave him 30 days to do police clearance and 60 for a medical even though our status says medical received. hELP. What do I do?

Yes mrs Davis if it was dated for a certain time and they haven't received anything within that time frame they can deny the application, your hubby should have set up an email address because their mailing system sucks! I hope this is not the case, because Kingston could have mailed it late too cause it look like they are messed up like that! I hope you get some answer!
