Congrats on all the updates since I have been on here last.

Update: Hubby is settling in well. He arrived on April 5 as he had to finish up some plans he was working on before he migrated. My now 2 year old was excited to see her daddy as she connects being in Jamaica with being with daddy. The first week of him being here included getting his SIN and bank account. FYI: The best newcomer bank accounts are from RBC which includes a mastercard to help build their credit. No credit history required. Within 4 days, he started working for a temp agency and landed a full-time job a week later. He is looking to go back to school in september. We are looking forward to summer so he can swim as if he was back in Negril.

Congrats, Glad Hubby landed safely and all went well.

Hey guys. Just catching up. Congrats on the good news to those who received it!! Don't slow down now Kingston. By the way. Dhl picked up our passport on a Tuesday. So I don't think they only have specific days.

Nice to see you hear again Mrs. Brown!
Hope your hubby is settling in to life in Canada!

Hi guys :D

Congratulation on the lovely news :D

This year is a far better year than when we applied... However I do noticed it seems passport are taking 3 weeks and longer to be finalized!

It's too long men!

my hubby's took 12 days... I've seen on our spreadsheet that some people got theirs back in days or one week.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Also thank you for that info! I am going to talk to my bank and let them know this see if they decide to try to gain business with my husband and if not going to RBC! Thanks!
