Hey guys i have a question... what normally takes long in this process? The background check., the medical.or the realness of ones relationship? Cause i was reading a next thread and a background check can take up to 3 mnths ???

Everything in this process takes a long time!

And yes, the background check is probably one of the longest parts of the wait -- add that to the piles of applications in KG at any given time...

Keep the faith because KG is on fire and seem to be getting through the applications at rapid speed!!!!

Trust me im keeping the faith.. I stop worrying about this process... to how i see it, ill go mad.. so i dont care, i just seen it in a next thread... didnt kno its that part that takes long...but good to know..lol

Hi Everyone;

Just got back to Canada 2 hours ago.......... ready for bed. Unfortunately we did not get the visa back in time for hubby to join me on my flight home tonight.........hopefully there will be good news later this week so he can come next week. He will have to make the journey on his own......

We packed his suitcase this morning and got all our things in order for him to come soon. To update the passport was submitted on March 18, and changed to In Process March 11, 2014.....

No just waiting for that visa to be issued!

Awww, Josephine, that is so disheartening that KG didn't have your hubby's visa ready in time for him to fly home with you.

Keep up your positive attitude and he will be in Canada before you know it!

Thanks everyone. It was really not so bad leaving this time knowing that he will follow in a few days or weeks. Besides I packed his suitcase with him before I left, and there is some kind of excitement to be had I am sure waiting outside of those sliding doors waiting for your husband to walk through at Pearson. Maybe today it will come!
