Same ahah.. my family thinks I'm nuts because I start the countdown when I still have months left to go lol. I even pack super early, and re-pack the night before ( I obsess about my trips lol).

We've been thinking about driving out to Negril this time because we're always cooped up in Mobay. Do you, or anyone know of fun/interesting places to go other than Rick's Cafe?

lol I do the same! I've been packed since March!

I will be repacking probably the night before also...to remind myself what I packed! LOL!

Congrats!!! Let's keep up this momentum Kingston.

Hi everybody! I am new on this forum! I would like to have an idea about the real delay for approbation of visa from Kingston. CIC updated their site yesterday and its now 25 months waiting.....We sent our applications on Dec. 5 2013....Do you really think that it will take all this time before my husband get his visa approved? Thanks for sharing with me. :)

Thank you to everyone for the congrats, we are so excited.

When I got the email, I was driving down the road in rush hour traffic - I totally took my hands off the wheel and started screaming & crying. My kids were in the back seat asking me what was wrong while I was trying to dial hubby's number, but since I was shaking so much, I couldn't get the numbers right….took 3 tries. He answered the phone and I said, did you read it, he says read what, I said, they want your passport and he started screaming…..I have never heard him excited like that!

Congratulations PinkyM!!! ;D ........getting that news is very exciting and so emotional. I think it is one of the few times we get to see/hear our hubby's being so open about their feelings. I remember back to when we got our news, seems like so long ago now, I was shaking and crying with joy and smiled so much my face hurt! My husband kept saying, it's over, it's finally over.......relief and joy. Blessings for you new adventure.
Kingston - keep the happiness flowing please!

Welcome ;D

As for long it will take, hard to say, it is an average... Some get through before some at their estimated time you can check out the spread sheet under Chickie & Kadi's name to have an idea of how long it has been for forum members ;)
