Glad everything is great with you, hubby, and your Step-Son. It's so amazing how one day you are living "Single-Married" then boom you are coordinating schedules, having to help with homework, and actually living "Coupled-Married". The greatest part is that it falls into to place like you've been doing it for ages (minor hiccups every now and again...of course )

Can't wait to read the arrival of baby boy LDL! Keep up posted! :-*

I think it would be good to add a section for resources/ Frequently asked questions: CAIPS Notes, Kingston opening hours to drop off documents,Courrier info, Rates forC, Medical,how to post their info, how to add timeline, etc ... I suggest this because it seems to be repeated over and over, so we ( forum members) could just direct new members there, they would see info or link

CIC updated their site yesterday and its now 25 months waiting.....We sent our applications on Dec. 5 2013....Do you really think that it will take all this time before my husband get his visa approved? Thanks for sharing with me.

We sent everything on Dec 5th including, PC, Medicals, paiements.....Sponsorship approval was on Jan 13th. So since I am waiting. But since I am living in Montréal- Québec, we have to obtain a certificate from Québec gov that I am still waiting for. I should receive it next week and they will send their copy to Kingston. I will also send a copy to make sure!!

I knew you were Québecois from the term "paiements" instead of "payments". I know we have a couple of others here from Québec too so they will be able to help you out with specialized questions!

Amazing we are similar timelines! I got sponsorship approval Jan 14th! Bienvenue!!!!!
