You guys are a wonderful and amazing bunch. When I stumbled onto this site I never expected to make so many new and kindred friendships. We are all different but connected through the desire and love to bring our better halves and families home. This process has not been easy emotionally, spiritually, or financially however, I have learned one thing that never stop believing and having Faith. Faith along with prayers move mountains.

To all those that have been here for me along the way...I have appreciated your support, respect everything that you have and will do to get your loved ones here, and have enjoyed the moments we have shared through this process. If I have forgotten anyone please know that is was not intentional.

Now for my two homeslices...Nev & Chickie...Ladies I have tears just thinking about how special you guys are to me. Nev you found the best video to describe our phone call. Chickie your scream today had me dying with laughter. You Ladies have helped me, motivated me, and kept me sane on so many occasions. Our friendship will definitely go beyond this process and for that I thank this immigration journey for allowing our paths to cross.

josephine, I am a strong believer in following your gut instinct and your heart throughout this process. What is good for one person, may not be what's best for another. We never know what is going to upset KG; all you can do is what you truly feel is best for you and your hubby.

Thanks.... I think I will pay the RPRF and take it in person to Kingston to drop it off. Hopefully we can see an officer at that time!

Hi!
I checked ECAS on Feb. 17 and it showed In Process as of Feb. 14. At this point we have not received any correspondence from Kingston.
I don't think there is any consistency with ECAS and PPR. Sometimes it shows In Process and then people receive PPR but other times ECAS doesn't change at all and people receive PPR.

Usually........ if you have an officer that updates his/her files then when you go into process, you usually hear from them a week or so after in process as they usually need another document from you or it is PPR....more often then not, people go into process and they send for additional documents, not too often is it ppr but it has been known to happen so we can't rule it out lol
