Just an update: my husband got another call from the high commissions in Kingston again today, they asked about his education so he told her and she said everything is moving along and his package would be sent by the end of the week! My app just started process on dec 15 th 2013

That is wonderful news TB!! Hopefully he will be here with you soon!! Did you send in the passport already withc courier and return courier slip?

My guess is the package that they sent to KGN with passport. I believe TB got the PPR call on Monday. No idea about the education part unless they missed something in it.
