Thank you for all the shout outs.....i now my hubbys ppr is just around the corner too! This gives me such faith. And truly you can see the two sides of the coin here....my notes always had things in there whereas nev's never had anything. So even though you may feel like nothing is happening because you don't see anything in your notes......there are things going on behind the scenes! We both got our notes back the same day......and nev didn't have anything new in hers but bammmm.......5 days later she gets ppr! It can happen anytime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have faith everyone.......things are happening.

This is true. A very similar thing happened to Charlie (if i remember correctly) where her notes didn't show much progress (her checks weren't started) and shortly after (a month?) she received PPR.

You have to show that you are working at the time of sponsorship and include an 'Option C' printout from your income tax last year.

If you do not have an Option C, you can request one from CRA.

If you were on public assistant (not disability or EI), you must include any stubs from the previous 12 months when you were on assistance. And CIC KNOWS, so you can't lie.

Ask any questions you like. We are in a bit of a hoop-lah today over an old member getting PPR, so it's a GOOD DAY!!!
