If Kingston's processing timelines are going to stay around 22 months they need to seriously look at their policies and procedures. They should ask for the medical and police certificate once they have determined that the relationship is genuine. It would save us/them a lot of time and money.

This is very true or extend the extend date on the medicals like they can extend after a longer period of time instead of only 3 months after it expires!

I'm sure it's there somewhere and hopefully it shows up soon. Since medicals are done electronically now maybe the doctor can just re-send the info.

they should extend the extend date, like make it more then 3 months after the medical expiry that they can ask for an extension.
