Maddants you sound exactly like my husband! We got married in Santa Cruz and he arranged everything so I just showed up and walked down the isle. @ Kmah, I would strongly recommend having family there (if you can) and lots of pictures

Congratulations and wish you both a long and loving life together :)

hey there Usually while your file is in Canada they record that medicals received before it goes down to your VO maybe someone never updated it at cic in Mississauga and that is what they are inquiring about? Or my second thought is maybe your medicals are expired or soon to be and there sent to Canada for an extension. I am not really sure of your situation sorry what does it say when u log onto Ecas? Mine used to say app received, medicals received and that was from after my sponsor approval in Mississauga. Are your medicals expired?
oh sorry let me explain @chikie my medicals expired on june 19th so my wife two weeks ago sent them an inquiry on the ARC and also on the medicals since it expired a month ago and this is the answer we got.my e-cas says the same thing your says, it has always been updated well enough actually.

thanks

Then i would say that they have sent off for an extension of your medicals then. If the only thing holding up your application is the expiration of the medicals then they can ask for an extension so you don't have to redo them. This is a good thing, if that is what it is then this means you are at the end and the only reason they can't give you a visa is because your medicals are out of date so with the extension they will be able to give your your visa or copr depending and you can leave for Canada.

9 more sleeps and then it's Jamaica time!!!!!! So excited. My husband was telling me that he has very thing ready for me and the baby. He also said that he is looking forward to feeding her and allowing me to finally get some good sleep. I'm sure that I will still get up with the baby though. Well off to pack bag 2 of 3

Come on Kingston. Make some noise!!!

Good morning!

Hope kingston has some greatness for us today! I have a question for you guys, I asked my lawyer if he has contacted Kingston as it has been 2 months since I was approved without receiving an AOR and he told me that if you contact them they put your application at the bottom of the pile! Is this him just trying to get out of work? Or is there any chance it could be true?

YAhoo!!!!!! Today is the day!!! FInally I am leaving to see my handsome husband and in 24 hours I will in his arms where I belong Oh happy day! ;D No one can wipe the smile off my face today... this is not a challenge universe lol

Happy Hump day everyone!! and Kingston :D

Not true at all but then again we don't know how Kingston works. They are suppose to work on the applications based on when they come in but they don't. You can email them and ask them if they have your file. It might take a few days or even a week or so for them to get back to you.

Yea now true or I am sure we would all just be making a big circle on someone's desk lol I must have been on the bottom of the pile for awhile now cause I write them once every 2 weeks usually

I just want to clearify that my husbands passport is not waiting to be returned they never asked for it yet, our file on te cic site finally says decision made not aure what to expect next..

I have changed the spreadsheet now....another thought came to my head....when you log onto ECAS does your hubbies address say yours or his.....sometimes with PPR your hubbies address will change to your own address.
