I have changed the spreadsheet now....another thought came to my head....when you log onto ECAS does your hubbies address say yours or his.....sometimes with PPR your hubbies address will change to your own address.

Ok so when i log in it has my name and address

The in a grid box below it has sponsored person then in the box my husbands name the box next to it has sponsorship application status then under it says decision made when i click decision made it takes me to "understanding what it means when sponcering family outside canada" and it says " tSponsorship and Eligibility Status Determined
We have made a decision on your sponsorship application. We will inform you in writing of the decision.

Application Forwarded to Visa Office
We have forwarded your application to the Visa Office for final processing. Quebec residents please see the relevant diagram.

Sponsor Advised of Decision Made
We will inform you in writing of the decision made on your sponsorship application. We will send you a Permanent Resident Kit that you will need to forward to the family class relative you are sponsoring.

hen next box says permement residentce application status and under it says Application recieved Permanent Residence then when i click into it it says.....

We received my husbands name's application for permanent residence on November 2, 2012.

Medical results have been recieved.

Please dont give up there is a happy ending waiting at the end of your journey. ... last year this time there were alot of us who were ready to throw in the towel pack up n move to ja protest outside of kgn office with our bobs beating on drums. ...but you know what by September pprs started flooding In I truely belive the same will happen again g

You are logging into ECAS under the sponsorship part so yes it says decision made as your sponsorship was approved. Now your file has gone down to Jamaica and you need to start just looking under your hubbys part of ECAS that is where you will see progress from now on. You need to log in with the file number they gave you on the letter they sent you saying you were approved to sponsor. It will be a number that starts with an F*********
Log in with all his information and there you will see the permanent resident side that says We received your application blah blah, medicals received. Sometimes this changes and sometimes it does not.......mine changed to in process but some people don't change until they get PPR. Hope that helps.

Yea now true or I am sure we would all just be making a big circle on someone's desk lol I must have been on the bottom of the pile for awhile now cause I write them once every 2 weeks usually

Well if that is what it says on your hubbys side of the ECAS then I don't know, do you get this information when you log on with the F# and his information?

I see what she is saying but it don't make sense....she originally applied in Oct 12 and got sponsor approval in Nov 12 so yes her app was in Kingston on Dec 12 but I am not sure why her ECAS would say this........

Yes now you see what I'm saying and the decision made never got onto my file until June 12, 2013 Lafayette I am confused

Ann ok I guess I missed the June 12th date. Ok so that is weird. Make sure your husband checks his mail. They might have mailed something to him of they weren't able to get him on the phone

Maddants you sound exactly like my husband! We got married in Santa Cruz and he arranged everything so I just showed up and walked down the isle. @ Kmah, I would strongly recommend having family there (if you can) and lots of pictures

Already had my wedding.....actually had 2. First one was the registry wedding, both mom's there, 2nd one was the big white wedding - both our whole families including my kids were there. Have hundreds of pictures....between my mom n the photographer at the 2nd wedding, have over 500 photos
