Take me with youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!

My husband has a friend in ja that told him today he got his passport back on Monday. They have been together 8 years he has never left ja they have two children in born in Canada and his took exactly 1 year and 7 months which is 19 months exactly so u just never know how long yours is going to take. Some go quick and some go slow. Yes I agree with the generic email that everyone gets but basically every dog needs a bone and it makes us feel better to hear something rather then nothing at all. I have emailed 3 times in the last months with no reply and I fully KNOW I a m going to get a generic email saying my case is in process and they will contact me if they need anything further but like I said anything is better then nothing! Congrats to the lady that did get an answer because as someone pointed it, it means they aren't on strike!

no sadly he didn't make it :( This is the first time I ever heard my hubby talk about this man, thinking he isn't really a friend just someone around the community or I would have heard this story. Lol

:o I'm so sorry to hear that. :'( Are they going to appeal the decision? I have never heard of anyone being denied through the Kingston office.

Me neither until now but I don't know if they are appealing or not haven't spoken to him since. The stats say about 2000 a year get denied?

That's so sad to hear especially since it is a genuine relationship. :'(

I don't even want to imagine it! I know if ever we got denied I would move to JA but I know it would be a harder life to live then what we are used to here in Canada. I truly love my daily HOT shower and my daily Timmies lmao! Not to mention my benefits my pension etc it is a whole other world down there and I would love to keep it just as a vacation spot not a permanent home though!
