I am sure the more experienced forum members would be more than happy to help with your queries; but from my limited knowledge, I don't think she can travel to canada on a visa from the US. If not; you could take her to the other side of the falls

As far as your brother is concerned he will need to prove the reason he wants to visit as a business visitor; so things like the profitability of his business and possible places he will visit in Canada will be heavily scrutinized.

But black star; I still don't understand the service you are offering in your first post ;D

Black Star i am confused, in your first post you offer to help people to reach their spouse or family member, kinda vague, I believe the SMART people of this forum know how to do that or that they should contact only Candian Immigration for help. In the second post you are saying something different. I suggest you contact the Canadian embassy in Kingston to get the information you require about the visa for your mom. All the best to you....
